How do I get Supported Independent Living Funding?
The 3-step Process at Coastwide

Speak to the team
Call (02) 4353 1700 and speak to the friendly team at Coastwide Disability Care and book a meeting with the accommodation manager to discuss your requirements.

Care Roster Preparation
Your accommodation manager will analyse your needs and create a roster of care. Then submit the Care Roaster to NDIA for approval.

Plan Moving into New Home
Complete your documents and agreements, move into your new home and start receiving support from Coastwide Disability Care to live independently.
